SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Supports Penn State Health Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Center leaders and staff to ensure full compliance with state licensure regulations, hospital conditions of participation, and accreditation standards. This position focuses on identifying trends in compliance and other relevant data in order to support action plans focused on sustaining continuous regulatory readiness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years of nursing experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP).
