Job SummaryThe Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) will serve as a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for advancing Geisinger Health’s culture of integrity, accountability, and risk-aware decision-making. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and engaging directly with the CEO and Board of Directors, the CRCO will oversee the design and implementation of an enterprise risk management (ERM) and corporate compliance framework that proactively protects the organization’s mission and enhances operational resilience across the healthcare system.
