Job Summary:
Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for Automation Services and responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for our automation solutions. Oversee development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable automation services. Responsible for testing of existing automation products during system upgrades and version changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of testing strategies and plans for automation services.
* Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
* Provides structure, direction, and support for all project-related QA automation activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
* Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance and automation testing.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, with significant experience in automation testing.
- Extensive experience with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
* Test Case Preparation (Advanced): Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in Test Case Preparation and Design in challenging and complex situations. Has successfully prepared test cases for stateof-the-art and mission critical systems. Often takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results. Consistently delivers Test Case Preparation and Design products and services in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. Contributes in the development of best practices for Test Case Preparation and Design for the organization.
* System Development Life Cycle (Advanced): Plans all tasks within a phase including estimating, scope definition and work plan development. Able to coordinate planning, design and production of deliverables for the training phase. Sought by others for advice. Assists in reviewing deliverables of the SDLC phase. Develops accurate budgets and schedules tasks/staffing. Participates in the integration of this phase to others [e.g., design to development, implementation to support].
* Testing Automation (Advanced): Demonstrates software tools engineering ability to create testing tools to help human testers perform their jobs more efficiently. Coordinates tasks such as product installation, test data creation, GUI interaction, problem detection, defect logging, etc., without necessarily automating tests in an end-to-end fashion [partial test automation]. Takes a lead role in evaluating and recommending Test Automation tools.
* Test Planning (Advanced): Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in applying Test Planning in challenging and complex situations. Identifies flaws in complex test plans and takes action to remedy the errors. Often takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results. Consistently delivers Test Planning products and services in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. Contributes in the development of best practices for Test Planning for the organization.
* Testing Tools (Advanced): Demonstrates expertise in resolving challenging problems involving usage of testing tools. Is capable of educating other people in efficient use of testing tools. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all components of the tools, including advanced features and functions such as macros and custom components. As appropriate, can link the tools to other tools, modules and applications. Continues to remain current with new features of the tools and how to apply them. Helps establish best practices for testing tools and identifies new, state-of-the-art testing tools that add value to the organization.
