DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: This position has managerial responsibility over all Patient Access Quality Improvement initiativesRequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:  High school graduate. Bachelor Degree in Health Care Management or like field preferred.  CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: N/ASKILLS:  In-depth knowledge of Call Center, Central Referrals, Pre-Authorization, Inpatient Notification, No Surprise Billing – Good Faith Estimate and SB71 processes, and RegistrationStrong technical and analytical skills. On the technical side, must showcase an understanding of Epic and the subsequent Patient Access
