DescriptionSummary:This position coordinates the activity of Clinical Risk management under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Risk management and in partnership with the Quality management team. Activities include monitoring and coordinating reviews of safety related events amongst the care team and health care facility associates.Major Job Responsibilities Coordinates the activities of the Clinical Risk Management and the Patient Safety programs. Support Clinical Risk management team in providing information to internal CHRISTUS departments related to document requests.
