JOB SUMMARYThe Clinical Risk Manager (CRM) directs, develops and coordinates the clinical risk management activities for the hospitals. In doing so, the CRM will evaluate information obtained from the reporting of adverse events and near misses, Root Cause Analysis work, and communication relayed Risk Management. With this information, the CRM will review findings and will work collaboratively with Patient Safety and hospital leaders to develop responsive programs that will enhance an organizational culture that supports patient safety and reduces risk exposure.LOCATIONThis position will support two hospitals; Baylor Scott
