Job DescriptionThe Lean Facilitator of Continuous Improvement will have the responsibility for assisting with driving continuous process improvement for UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center through the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Responsible for chartering, leading and coaching process improvement projects that support quality, safety, patient satisfaction and productivity.All employees are responsible for extending the mission and values of Baltimore Washington Medical Center by dedicating oneself to providing the highest quality healthcare services to the communities we serve.Reporting RelationshipsReports to Director of Performance Innovation
