The Quality RN Consultant is a Registered Professional Nurse who is accountable to Quality, Safety & Value (QSV) Leadership. In collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, and using nursing process and process improvement principles, the RN Consultant practices within QSV Department by providing coordination, implementation, and evaluation QSV and organizational goals and other quality activities within the hospital and thirteen Outpatient Community Clinics as assigned. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accred
