• Support Patient Liaison Team
• Gain understanding of MyRounding application
• Provide need based support to patients and family members
• Look at Press Ganey data on outpatient services to create innovative strategies
• Assist with technological pilot programs to improve patient experience
• Help create a better overall consumer experience

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University- pursuing a degree in Public Health, Masters of Health Administration, or a related field
• Be in good academic standing
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
