Responsibilities
Support Patient Liaison Team
Gain understanding of MyRounding application
Provide need based support to patients and family members
Look at Press Ganey data on outpatient services to create innovative strategies
Assist with technological pilot programs to improve patient experience
Help create a better overall consumer experience
Qualifications
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University- pursuing a degree in Public Health, Masters of Health Administration, or a related field
Be in good academic standing
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
