The Supervisory RN serves as the Asst. Chief of Quality & Safety and assists the Chief of QM in implementing an enterprise wide, integrated framework for quality, safety, high reliability, and value for the medical center. The Asst. Chief fully shares with the Chief the direction of all phases of the QM programs and is assigned continued responsibility for managing the utilization management, quality management, program analysis, and continuous process improvement programs for the office.
