The Fayetteville VAMC is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the Patient Safety Manager. The Patient Safety Manager has joint oversight of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program. This Patient Safety Manager role directs others within the facility in process improvements supporting the reduction of medical/health care errors and other factors contributing to unintended adverse patient outcomes.
