The Registered Nurse Patient Safety Manager coordinates the day to day operations and implementation of the Patient Safety, program for the Tomah VA Medical Center. The Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Safety Manager (PSM) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of patient safety principles and National Patient Safety Goals (NPSGs) required for specific practice settings.
