This Junior Product Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assisting to create an end-to-end test plan for the enhancement team; assisting to execute the plan and help managing all activities in the plan to ensure all objectives are met and the solution works as expected. The Product QA Analyst is responsible for testing the solution in in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other internal systems. Every phase of the solution must be tested to identify and correct any issue before the item goes live. This position works closely with the Development team to ensure all product enhancements are prioritized, addressed, and rolled-out effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help to ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
Assist to develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
Assist with designing test plans, scenarios, scripts and/or procedures
Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
Documentation, updates and maintenance of issue in Azzure DevOps.

Advanced PC knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Cases and Stories preferred
Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to write and execute SQL statements
High level of clear verbal and written communications skills
High level of problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with all divisions/groups within the organization (technical and non-technical)
Ability to multi-task in high pressure situations

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Bachelorâ��s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Management or other relevant combination of training and experience
Experience as a QA Analyst addressing and testing website software functionality a plus
Experience with Selenium automated testing a plus
