Executive Director - Quality and Patient Experience
ROLE SUMMARY The Quality and Patient Experience Executive Director oversees operations of all assigned departments across the enterprise including outpatient, inpatient and post-acute departments. Leads transformational change for assigned departments. Responsible for planning, management, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of patient care. Develops effective relationships across all departments of the organization and connects department strategies to system-wide goal and initiatives. Responsible for 24-hour oversight/responsibility for assigned departments. Supervision occurs directly and indirectly through the Department Directors. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
