This position is scheduled Monday through Friday (.8 FTE- 32 hours per week- benefit eligible). They will be working a hybrid model- 60% virtual and 40% on campus at the 490 Mississippi office. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization-wide patient and employee safety efforts and publicly reported measures to regional and national quality and safety organizations. They will actively partner with clinical leaders, providers, and senior leaders to improve clinical quality, culture of safety, and to eliminate patient and employee harm events.
