PRIMARY FUNCTION: To design, manage and execute system-wide event management processes including coordination, facilitation and integration of event/peer review information to achieve continuous improvements in patient care delivery and optimal patient outcomes. Acts as an expert resource for event management with the objectives of enhancing patient safety, reducing patient harm and achieving Christiana Care's strategic and patient safety goals.
