Responsible for the development and coordination of programs and systems to monitor, evaluate and improve clinical services, patient care and regulatory compliance in member facilities. Serve as in-house clinical advisor and resource for staff and members. Position requires the individual to have a nursing degree, a license as a registered nurse with five or more years of experience in long-term care nursing, preferably in a management role.
