The VISN Quality Management (QM) Specialist is responsible for developing and managing the VISN Travelling Veteran, Utilization Management (UM), Bed Management Solutions (BMS), and Sterile Processing Programs. Position integrates expertise of clinical and administrative skills. Requires management and communication of data, use of information technology, and knowledge of quality management practice. QM is assigned to the Office of Quality, Safety, and Value located at the VISN 17 Network Office
