The Resource Coordinator will provide oversight of department employee relations, payroll and staffing functions of the entire Mobile Health Division. They will be tasked with managing the movement of employees in the division as well as tracking all open positions. The Resource Coordinator will work with operations leaders and resource specialists to ensure that minimum staffing levels are met, employees are in compliance with the policies, and payroll is processed according to the department guidelines. We are seeking a candidate that demonstrates good leadership skills as well as a professional attitude when managing employee concerns. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to take on a task and complete it with minimal direction and comfort working and leading in a team environment. Must have demonstrated computer experience in Excel, excellent oral and written communication skills, and able to multitask and perform under established time lines. Position will require transportation, the ability to work in multiple locations, and the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as necessary. The positions will be primarily based out of Mobile Health's Central Headquarters. Experience in Human Resources, EMS Scheduling or 24 Hour Scheduling and payroll systems such as ADP and Epro scheduler are preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
