We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for our Enterprise Transformation Office at our Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Transformation projects. The role will support the Enterprise Transformation Office personnel and projects. The duties will include administrative functions, project support functions, meeting coordination, documentation, and other duties to assist with completion of the Enterprise Transformation Programs.
Prepare materials in advance of process improvement meetings
Document Business Processes and other process diagrams
Prepare presentations for Executive Update meetings
Prepare materials for Process Training classes and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs)
Prepare materials for Training and Change Management initiatives
Document meeting notes/action items/follow-ups
Plan and prepare for Events or large meetings
Assist with coordination of travel for ETO team members and trainee's
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Attends required training as needed
Prepare and distribute Lean Awards and Certification materials
Adheres to corporate policies and procedures
Supports and carries out the Corporate Mission and Values

3 years healthcare experience
2 years of project management experience REQUIRED
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating to various stakeholders
Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
