Responsible for maintaining and coordinating communication for Patient Satisfaction programs and tracking of customer complaints/compliments. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Knowledge of Patient's Bill of Rights and Advance Directives.
Position requirements: AA/AS degree. Bachelor's degree and/or three years current health care experience preferred. Previous work experience interfacing with public, customer service or related experience. Excellent written, oral communication and analytical skills. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and proficient manner.
Scheduling: Weekdays/Full time.
