Madera Community Hospital, a 106-bed community hospital is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee Quality, Accreditation, and Risk Management. The individual will be responsible for the work process of the Quality Department and the implementation of the Hospital-wide Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Program. Acts as a liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, medical records and administration within parameters established by administration, the officers of the medical staff and Board of Trustees. Provides leadership and consultative services to departments and services within the organization in achieving regulatory, accreditation, and organization compliance in quality and in performance management and improvement activities. Incorporates risk management principles into evaluation of incident reports, concerns and take formal actions to resolve or report practices to appropriate channels.

Requires Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Prefer Masters Degree in related field.
Prefer minimum three years supervisory experience in quality improvement or related potion.
Previous successful participation in JCAHO or HFAP accreditation survey.
Current knowledge and experience with hospital CMS, Title 22, and HFAP regulations and survey processes.
Current State of California Registered Nurse license, Certification as Professional in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety or Risk Management.
