Swedish Health is looking for a Director of System Quality Management to work for the Quality and Patient Safety Department at Swedish First Hill Campus in Seattle, WA\.
The Director of System Quality Management will be responsible for developing, deploying and sustaining the Swedish Health Services Quality Management System for all acute and non\-acute care facilities of Swedish Health Services\. Directs and coordinates the campus Quality Regulatory specialists in implementation of this system which will meet Swedish Health Services strategic goals as well as meeting regulatory requirements and specified performance measures such as ISO 9001 standards\.
In this position you will:
Direct and support quality program continual process improvement of campus and system initiatives\.
Work in cooperation with campus Leadership \(e\.g\., Chief Executive, Nurse Executive, Vice President of Medical Affairs and managers/directors\) and system Leadership \(VP Quality, COO\)\.
Oversee required reporting to the system\-wide quality management oversight body\.
Provide campus caregivers and core leaders with training/coaching/mentoring on quality and continual process improvement concepts\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Masters in Nursing, Business, or Health administration
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or other professional license
Valid Washington State driver's license
Minimum of three \(3\) years of related experience
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, as applicable to a healthcare institution
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Registered Nurse, certificate program in healthcare regulatory compliance
Certified ISO Auditor Trainer
ASQ \(American Society of Quality\) Certification
Certified in Six Sigma and/or Lean
