Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) oversees Marshfield Clinic and other subsidiaries, including Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., Marshfield Clinic Information Services, Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls and Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Risk Management Program and professional healthcare liability insurance program. Multiple responsibilities include coordination of the incident system, review of medical records, identify and address areas considered as risk management liabilities, act as a consultant to physicians and staff on matter of risk management, conduct prelitigation/litigation research and resolution through negotiation. Serve as a member of the risk management team assisting with evaluation, strategic planning and process improvement, which aims to assure quality of care in a constantly changing health care environment.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Five years of nursing or risk management experience in a hospital or clinic setting required; an additional 3-5 years non-clinical nursing experience preferred
- Current unrestricted Wisconsin Nursing License.
