IntraHealth Group, the MSO for OrthoAtlanta is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking financial leader with the skills and expertise to manage the finances of a full service health care management company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Finance Officer’s main responsibility will be to plan, direct and oversee all finance functions of the organization in keeping with the board’s policies, regulatory guidelines and mission and values of the company. Our CFO is an integral part of the senior leadership team and will lead financial reviews with both the Company and Physician Owners. This individual will build collaborate partnerships throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years’ financial healthcare management experience
Must have private practice experience
Extensive experience with financial systems and financial reporting
Strong organization and communication skills
Proficiency with software tools (e.g. SQL, Access, Excel, Great Plains)
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Comprehensive operative and non-operative musculoskeletal care and expertise includes sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, hip replacement, knee replacement, neck and spine surgery, elbow and shoulder surgery, ankle and foot surgery, pain management, general orthopedics, work related injuries and acute orthopedic urgent care.
OrthoAtlanta is the official sports medicine provider to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Atlanta Gladiators hockey team, Georgia Soccer and numerous college, high school and community sports programs across the region.
