Successful candidates will oversee the accurate and timely presentation of financial reports for the Healthcare System to be reviewed by Management and the Finance Committee, while providing direction for all daily financial operations. The scope encompasses the operations of three hospitals, several physician practices for which separate reporting is required, our Foundations (soon to be consolidated), our ACO and Clinically Integrated Network organizations, our Joint Venture companies, the Captive Insurance Company, and a real estate holding company.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field; Master’s degree preferred
7-10 years of related work experience in a multi-entity, multi-site organization
Superior analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, summarizing the information and data for communication to Board Members and Executive Leadership, and for performance improvement activities across the organization.
