What are we looking for in our ideal candidate? - Experience leading nursing staff in providing extraordinary care in a skilled nursing setting - Experience leading with a nursing home administrator is even better - Experience with regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing setting and experience with annual audits - A positive attitude and a can do approach - Demonstrated skills in affecting change in care delivery models
Education/Licensing: RN/BSN degree from an accredited school of Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred; must have a current RN license within the state of Illinois; candidates with a current Nursing Home Administrator License are strongly preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years' experience working in a long-term care setting, preferably within the state of Illinois; proven direct care and/or DON experience; prior nursing home administrator experience a plus.
