The Director of Quality is responsible for leading and educating the providers at Adfinitas Health in quality programs. They are expected to manage the implementation and execution of quality initiatives. The Director of quality is expected to be the clinical expert and establish and maintain positive relationships with hospitals’ clinical and administrative staff. The Director of Quality is responsible for the quality performance of Adfinitas Health.

Education of site leads and regional medical directors, ensuring accountability for and effectiveness of all quality program Facilitate the review of cases and advise medical directors on review results, as needed Understanding state quality goals, programs, and initiatives and impact on site-specific quality metrics from an operational and contractual standpoint Serving in an advisory role to hospital administrations Working with Adfinitas Health Chief Medical Officer to negotiate contractuallyestablished quality metrics with hospitals Create and Analyze clinical quality reports that are in alignment with hospital performance goals Communicate and hold hospitalist team leadership accountable for performance Educate providers on MACRA/MIPS and develop quality programs that are in alignment to meet performance quality measures Educate hospitals and hospitalist team leadership on HCIP Educate hospitals and providers on MHACS/readmissions/PQIs/HCAHPS quality programs and state targets Understand and implement bundle payments for hospitalist and post-acute teams COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in leadership role or in a quality role Necessary State and Federal Licensure to practice medicine or nursing Licensed Nurse practitioner,physician assistant, or registered nurse Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
