INTEGRIS Health, the largest health system in Oklahoma and one of the state’s largest private employers, seeks a senior finance executive to serve as the system’s Vice President, Payer Strategy.

Reporting to the System Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Payer Strategy is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of system-wide managed care contracting and revenue recovery for INTEGRIS’ acute care facilities, employed medical group, outpatient services, and clinically integrated network, INTEGRIS Health Partners. The Vice President, Payer Strategy’s direct areas of responsibility include managed care contracting, pricing and charge master management, government audit management, and underpayment recovery, and pharmaceutical assistance program. As a system role, the Vice President, Payer Strategy will work with leaders across the enterprise to enhance, establish, implement, advocate and educate the managed care strategy to grow accretive market share and to increase the value of INTEGRIS’ services.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated success as a senior finance healthcare executive serving within a regional or national healthcare organization. Proven experience and expertise in the development and execution of managed care pricing strategies, contract negotiations and relationship building with payers. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a strong track record of career performance within a multi-institutional and multi-market environment, and an ability to lead change in difficult and complex environments are essential. A master’s degree is required.
